DUD3P0 Privacy Policy
Overview
DUD3P0 is a bring-your-own-key research, reasoning, and code assistant. It is built around local storage, user-controlled routing, and optional user-configured providers. Everplay-Tech does not operate a chat backend for DUD3P0, does not proxy your normal model requests, and does not automatically receive your prompts, provider keys, connector tokens, mission files, receipts, or chat history. The voluntary reporting described below is separate from normal chat traffic.
What Everplay Collects
No automatic chat collection. Everplay receives AI content reports only when you choose to submit them.
DUD3P0 includes no Everplay analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no tracking, no Everplay crash-reporting upload, and no automatic Everplay telemetry upload. Voluntary AI content reports are sent to Everplay-Tech for safety review and to investigate reported problems.
Voluntary AI Content Reports
When you choose Report AI Output and tap Submit Report, DUD3P0 sends the report to Everplay-Tech at https://aimanac.llmtech.net/api/dud3/reports over HTTPS. Opening the form does not send a report.
The report includes the selected category, your description (or a default description if you leave it blank), the reported content excerpt where available, a report identifier and creation time, platform and app version, provider and model identifiers where available, and a digest of the redacted excerpt. A report can contain personal information you choose to include in its description or excerpt.
DUD3P0 redacts recognized credential patterns from the description and excerpt before sending. Do not include passwords, API keys, or other private credentials in a report. Your configured provider credentials are not added to the report payload.
Reports are stored for safety review for 30 days, then deleted by the next scheduled hourly cleanup. To limit abuse, the reporting service uses a salted cryptographic digest of the request's network address for a one-hour rate-limit window; expired rate-limit entries are also removed during hourly cleanup. The report store has no public read endpoint.
A local copy of the report and its delivery status is kept on your device. If delivery fails, the app displays QUEUED_LOCAL; it displays DELIVERED only after the reporting service returns a receipt.
Data Stored On Your Device
DUD3P0 stores app data locally on your device, including:
- chat history, mission drafts, dossiers, receipts, locally saved reports, and settings;
- provider route configuration and local model settings;
- Backpack memory and local retrieval indexes;
- optional imported or downloaded local model files, if you choose to use them.
Provider API keys, OAuth tokens, personal access tokens, and similar credentials are stored in the platform Keychain where applicable. They are not bundled with the app and are not sent to Everplay.
Bring-Your-Own-Key Providers
When you configure a remote model provider, DUD3P0 sends your selected prompt and chat context directly from your device to the provider or endpoint you chose, using the key you supplied. Supported routes may include OpenAI-compatible endpoints, Anthropic, DeepSeek-compatible routes, local endpoints, and similar user-configured services.
Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Everplay does not receive or store normal provider-bound requests or responses. If you choose to include an excerpt in an AI content report, Everplay receives that submitted excerpt as described above.
Optional Integrations
DUD3P0 can optionally connect to user-configured services such as web search, URL reading, Google Workspace, GitHub, MCP connectors, cloud text-to-speech providers, local model endpoints, and DUD3 for Mac. These integrations act only after you configure them or take an action that uses them.
DUD3 for Mac uses local files, your iCloud Drive folder, and sealed key capsules for mission handoff. It does not create an Everplay-hosted chat backend. It contacts dud3.ai only when you run its update command, to read the current version and download it.
Apple Services
The in-app unlock and its restores are handled by Apple StoreKit. Apple may process purchase information under Apple's own terms. Everplay does not run a separate payment processor for DUD3P0.
On-Device Engine And Receipts
DUD3P0 includes a vendored Rust engine for local planning, policy, receipt, and egress classification. The engine is designed so provider keys, OAuth tokens, personal access tokens, raw secrets, and sealed capsules are not part of its turn-planning JSON boundary.
Your Choices
- Use local-only routes when you do not want remote model traffic.
- Delete chats, missions, settings, local files, and credentials from the app and system settings.
- Choose not to submit AI content reports. To request deletion of a submitted report before its retention period ends, contact privacy@everplay-tech.com with its receipt identifier.
- Disable optional integrations you do not want to use.
- Choose not to link DUD3 for Mac; its tools stay off until you link it to DUD3 on your iPhone.
Children's Privacy
DUD3P0 is not directed to children under 13. Everplay does not knowingly collect personal information from children through DUD3P0.
Changes
We will update this policy if DUD3P0's practices change. Material changes to collection practices will be reflected in this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before release.
